Par Avion Tea

Unless a tea has some insanely unique or interesting ingredient, it’s pretty unremarkable. And yet, Par Avion creates remarkable teas with classic, simple ingredients, but with a twist.

Their best-selling Unicorn Tears (yes, that’s actually what it’s called) is one of the coolest things I’ve seen, tea or not. It steeps this gorgeous, cobalt blue and then once you add lemon, it changes to a rich purple. That’s thanks to the blue pea flowers, which react to the acid in the lemon to change colors. The green tea also includes rosehip, blue cornflower petals, and hawthorne fruit to round out a deliciously beautiful cup of tea.
