Roasted fig when brewed has a smooth taste somewhere between coffee and tea. It looks very similar to ground coffee and can be brewed using any method used in making coffee or tea – with the exception of espresso. It’s about twice as strong as coffee, so a Figgee customer should use about half of what they typically would use in any brewing technique.
